[FLINK-7250] [build] Remove jdk8 profile
This PR is based on #4388 and #4398 .
It removes the `jdk8` maven profile, removing uses in the travis.yml, and
including the java8 module in the build by default.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/zentol/flink 7250
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
