[FLINK-7522] Add termination future to ClusterEntrypoint
## What is the purpose of the change
The termination future is completed when the `ClusterEntrypoint` shuts
down. This
allows for easier testing.
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
