## What is the purpose of the change
Currently, the exception message of `TableScheam` and `FlinkTable` a little
confusing,In this PR. we want improve the exception message .

`TableSchemaValidationTest#testColumnNameAndColumnTypeNotEqual`
`TableSchemaValidationTest#testColumnNamesDuplicate` and
`FlinkTableValidationTest#testFieldNamesDuplicate`.
