Actually, there is already the {{ArchivedExecutionGraph}}. I think we can adapt
the {{AccessExecutionGraph}} interface a little bit (e.g. removing access to
the {{CheckpointCoordinator}}) and then reuse the {{ArchivedExecutionGraph}}
for our purposes.
