Effectively just blocked on the next release of flink-shaded. The release is
somewhat blocked on FLINK-7778 / FLINK-7779. We don't have time to do 2
flink-shaded release before the feature freeze, so we either have to wait or
only shade jackson.
flink-shaded-jackson has been created and I've already prepared a branch
containing most of the changes that are required to use it in Flink.
The only usage of jackson that I could not (or rather did not want to) shade
away was from avro, but that should be easily doable after FLINK-7420.
