[FLINK-7874] Add logging to the ClusterEntrypoints
## What is the purpose of the change
Add standard environment logging information to the sub classes of the
`ClusterEntrypoint`.
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
