Description:
FlinkTypeFactory does not override the following function correctly:
{code:java}
def leastRestrictive(types: util.List[RelDataType]): RelDataType = {
//...
}
{code}
dealing with SQL such as:
{code:sql}
CASE
WHEN <CONDITION> THEN
<COMPOSITE_TYPE>
ELSE
NULL
END
{code}
will trigger runtime exception.
