[FLINK-8173] [table] Fix input unboxing and support Avro Utf8
## What is the purpose of the change
Fixes a code generation issue that caused problems with Avro types. It adds
tests for passing and working with Avro types.
## Brief change log
Added explicit result type casts in code generator.
