Also, we would like to add this support for batch job as well, which does not
need any credential for the proxy user, so the superuser can its credential to
get DTs for the proxy user, and the proxy user can then run the batch jobs w/o
credentials, which should not last for more than 7 days. However, the current
flink cluster model might not fit this well, as the security modules are bound
to the cluster, which can stay beyond the life of a job. So we can add this
once flip-6 is ready and we have individual jobs running as Yarn applications,
where the application and Job lifetime are coupled.
