Currently, the {{RestfulGateway#requestJob}} returns a
{{CompletableFuture<AccessExecutionGraph>}}. Since {{AccessExecutionGraph}} is
non serializable it could fail if we execute this RPC from a remote system. In
order to make it typesafe we should change its signature to
{{SerializableExecutionGraph}}.
