Description: We should make all component's stop operation non-blocking.
This is especially important in the {{RpcEndpoint}} components. For example,
the {{JobMaster}} blocks in its {{postStop}} method on the termination future
of the {{SlotPool}}. This should not be necessary. (was: We should make alle
