Fix For: 1.5.0
When processing the last in-memory buffer in
{{SpillableSubpartitionView#getNextBuffer}}, we always set the
{{isMoreAvailable}} flag of the returned {{BufferAndBacklog}} to {{false}}
irrespective of what may be in the spill writer.
