Description:
Similar to FLINK-9004, we should run the general purpose job (FLINK-8971) with
failures on Mesos.
We should use the Hadoop-free Flink version and write our checkpoints to HDFS
with Flink's HDFS file system.
We should use the {{FsStateBackend}} with asynchronous checkpoints for the test.
