[FLINK-2363] [docs] First part of internals - complete job execution
overview
I found that many people do not understand the model behind Flink.
I started drafting/outlining a documentation page that describes end-to-end
what happens between the call to `execute()` and the program result being
returned or written.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
