Hi [~rohits134], great to hear that you want to contribute to Flink :-) A
PageRank implementation has already been added to Flink's graph processing
library Gelly. I think that this is also the place where the algorithm belongs
to, since it's a graph processing algorithm. Therefore, I will close the issue
here. But there are plenty of other open issues, especially for the ML library,
which you can tackle :-)
