Currently, the {{Dispatcher}} does not clean up the {{RunningJobsRegistry}}
after the job has finished. The consequence is that a ZNode with the JobID and
a state num per job remains in ZooKeeper.
We should clean up these ZNodes to avoid a resource leak.
