Why is an `EMPTY_LAST_HTTP_CONTENT` sent after the processing of the HTTP
content has been completed? Are we doing something wrong on the client side? Is
it a bug in Netty? Before adding these kind of fixes, I would really like to
completely understand why this is happening.
