Fix Version/s: (was: 1.5.1)
This issue has been subsumed by FLINK-8609 because we can only use the job
cluster deployment if the job is submitted in detached mode. In order to also
support the per job mode for attached mode, we need to integrate the cluster
deployment with the {{ExecutionEnvironment}}.
