In many place, I found that we require to a have a combination of
{{ByteArray[Input/Output]StreamWithPos}} and the corresponding
{{Data[Input|Output]ViewStreamWrapper}}, because we essentially want an adapter
from byte[] to Data[Input|Output]View.
Instead of handling a combination of two related objects all over the place, I
suggest to introduce {{ByteArrayData[Input|Output]View}} that combine the
features.
