Description:
We have several tests to verify that state taken in previous versions can be
properly restored in the current one.
Most of these tests were not updated to cover the migration from 1.5.
Below are all the migration tests I could find:
* AbstractOperatorRestoreTestBase
* CEPMigrationTest
* BucketingSinkMigrationTest
* FlinkKafkaConsumerBaseMigrationTest
* ContinuousFileProcessingMigrationTest
* WindowOperatorMigrationTest
* StatefulJobSavepointMigrationITCase
* StatefulJobWBroadcastStateMigrationITCase
