Moving {{flink-libraries/flink-gelly-examples}} to {{flink-examples/}} would
make the repo indeed more consistent wrt our other examples (e.g.
{{flink-libraries/flink-examples-table}}). However, I'm not sure how much
additional value it would effectively add. I would not deem this issue super
critical [~yanghua]. Maybe we concentrate first on more critical issues. What
do you think?
