I think having a table sink for file system would be a great feature. However I think we should use the new `StreamingFileSink`, on which the community is working for some time already, for this purpose. This new connector is fixing a few problems with the old one, that's why it will probably replace the `BucketingSink` at some point. To sum up I think we should use the `StreamingFileSink` rather than `BucketingSink` here.
