[~LAHA] yep, I can add `jitpack.io` repository into `pom.xml` and try to get
`2.2.1-SNAPSHOT` version of `hbc-core` from github. After that i will able to
use `com.twitter.hbc.ClientBuilder.proxy()`. Is it ok?
