Description:
There are a few APIs that have been deprecated for a while (since Flink 1.4.0)
and that could be removed:
* {{TableEnvironment.sql()}} as of FLINK-6442
* {{StreamTableElnvironment.toDataStream()}} and
{{TableConversions.toDataStream()}} as of FLINK-6543
* {{Table.limit()}} as of FLINK-7821
