Review comment:
I've dropped `CLASSIFIER`, `MATCH_NUMBER` and `NEXT`.
Cannot drop `RUNNING` cause it is needed for `ALL ROWS PER MATCH`. We do not
support it, but in order to throw meaningful exception it has to go through the
validation.
