Flink used to only have Rolling File Sink. Now it is has Rolling and Streaming
File Sink and Streaming File Sink has ... rolling facilities.
For a first time user it is hard (impossible?) to understand from the
documentation which one to pick.
It would make sense to have a description on which one to pick based on use-case
