Sorry about the confusion, I should have double checked for duplicate JIRAs
before opening this.
I will close FLINK-10630, as the list of subtasks here is more complete.
I see that [[email protected]] was already to the subtasks in
FLINK-10630.
Stefan, could you quickly sync with [~yanghua] on what work you have already
done, so that we don't waste efforts here?
