This and FLINK-10776 are duplicates.
I will close this one since the list of subtasks on FLINK-10776 is more
complete. Sorry for the confusion here.
[~srichter] seems like [~yanghua] would also be working on the migration tests
for 1.7. Could you quickly sync over at FLINK-10776 the work you may have
already done so that we don't waste efforts here?
