@StephanEwen I agree with @uce that we shouldn't revert it until we have
clearance from infra/legal given that the issue was raised despite the
disclaimer being there. While the rules _are_ a bit vague (due to the "that
might encourage" part), sebbs comment in the JIRA is quite definitive.
And yes, I kind of forget about the wiki link, but I'm wondering whether
that really is a good place to put it. We could add it to the contribution
guide instead.
