## What is the purpose of the change
`MesosApplicationMasterRunner` is for legacy mode and none depend on it now,
so that we can do a directly removal.
Its successor is `MesosJobClusterEntrypoint` and
`MesosSessionClusterEntrypoint`.
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
