Currently, stream-stream non-window cross join has not been supported. It would
be nice to support it on streaming. We can start from a simple version, for
example, call forceNonParallel() for connectOperator in `DataStreamJoin` when
it is a cross join. Optimizations can be done later, such as broadcasting the
smaller side, etc.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
