[~till.rohrmann] I know, I assign it to myself means I think I can handle it
(will check the ability of etcd that HighAvailabilityServer needs, if it
matches the requirement, I will try to give a design document). [~fly_in_gis]
reported his idea, if he wants to take it, I'd like to release.
