No new insights, we see this happening maybe once every 2 - 3 days.
Could this be part of the BEAM code causing this behaviour?
I'm finding it difficult to debug because this just happens on checkpointing
(very infrequently, we take checkpoints every 5 minutes)
Do you think it would be worth patching the class ourselves to add some debug
log lines in? Maybe print what this key group value is? I think the main cause
of confusion for me is trying to work out where to look.
