[~yanghua] I opened FLINK-11184 as the central issue to be tracked. First of
all, it depends on the outcome of our SQL DDL discussion as it partially
overlaps with a general SQL connector discussion. If we rework the interfaces
in general. The rowtime extractor might become obsolete and is not an issue
anymore.
