   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   based on FLINK-10665 #6917 that is the last blocking subtasks.
   
   After flink-yarn tests ported to new codebase, we are able to remove legacy 
flink-yarn component, including:
   
   ```
   ApplicationClient.scala
   YarnJobManager.scala
   YarnMessages.scala
   YarnTaskManager.scala
   org.apache.flink.yarn.messages.*
   LegacyYarnClusterDescriptor.java
   RegisteredYarnWorkerNode.java
   YarnApplicationMasterRunner.java
   YarnClusterClient.java
   YarnContainerInLaunch.java
   YarnFlinkResourceManager.java
   YarnResourceManagerCallbackHandler.java
   YarnTaskManagerRunnerFactory.java
   ```
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   Remove all pre-flip6 FLINK on YARN codes.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
