Regarding to other changes to the original PR, I'd like to firstly port the following classes to flink-table-common: Metadata, MetadataValidator, TableStats, SchematicDescriptor, Statistics, StatisticsValidator,TableDescriptor, RegistrableDescriptor, StreamableDescriptor, StreamTableDescriptorValidator.
