Hi all, thank you all for your valuable suggestions.
[~twalthr] [~dawidwys] OK, I think your concerns also make sense.  Although the 
`create` approach hasn't introduced a new operator it may also bring some other 
problems. It may not very mature now. Considering this, I'm fine that we can 
start with the `joinLateral` method. What do you guys think?
