   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   The AkkaRcpActor should stop itself immediately after the onStop future has 
been completed.
   Before we sent a Kill message which enqueues into the mailbox and does not 
overtake messages.
   Now we call Context.stop(ActorRef) which directly stops the AkkaRpcActor.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   - Added 
`AkkaRpcActorTest#testOnStopFutureCompletionDirectlyTerminatesAkkaRpcActor`.
