"ops/state/checkpoints.html#difference-to-savepoints" says "do not support
Flink specific features like rescaling". But when i try to change the
parallelism(except from n > 1 to 1) of a stated operator and restore from an
external checkpoint, it recovers without any exception. So is this sentence
