I think about the `hadoop` JAR should be auto download in scripts, but for now, we want to move `flink-shaded-hadoop` to `flink-shaded`, See [FLINK-10984](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-10984). We'll improve the test scripts when doing the FLINK-10984. So improve the README is a best way for quickly prepare the next release-1.8 RC.
