With FLIP-6 and FLINK-10392 we can remove several now unused dependencies in
pom.xml such as {{flink-yarn-tests}} and {{flink-client}} (if FLINK-11146 get
resolved).
Ideally it should be only {{flink-runtime}} has this dependency and thus we can
make a relocation for users to use their own akka. Otherwise we might run into
the situation that Spark once meet. One of the most challenging part is
{{flink-mesos}} still heavily rely on direct access to akka.
