Hi [~till.rohrmann] I saw there are some issues about parallelism. They are 
active and under discussing such asĀ FLINK-12053 andĀ FLINK-12002. I suggest we 
should speed up this issue to avoid unnecessary work from other contributors. 
What do you think?
