Hi [~tianchen92], thanks for raising this issue.
I tried to replace {{0.0.0.0}} by {{localhost}} on my machine and it worked.
I'm not sure whether the change has other implications though.
Since the website can also be accessed at {{0.0.0.0:4000}}, I would keep it as
it is.
