into  a regular aggregate with expand*

     - *Added GroupingSetsTest that validates queries with grouping 
sets/cube/rollup*
     - *Added DistinctAggregateTest that validates queries with distinct 
aggregate*
     - *Addes DecomposeGroupingSetsRuleTest that validates 
DecomposeGroupingSetsRule*
     - *Addes FlinkAggregateExpandDistinctAggregatesRuleTest that validates 
FlinkAggregateExpandDistinctAggregatesRule*
