In addition, I have refactored `CheckpointCoordinator`'s constructor and `ExecutionGraph#enableCheckpointing` about the new introduced parameter `isPreferCheckpointForRecovery` because we have converged multiple parameters to the instance of the `CheckpointCoordinatorConfiguration`.
