Re-opening since we only addressed the issue partially, as we still use a http
URL for MapR. The HTTPS URL does not work out-of-the-box nor is documented in
the [MapR
documentation|https://mapr.com/docs/61/DevelopmentGuide/MavenArtifacts.html].
