Description:
To deal with local keyed state, we need to implement a
{{LocalKeyedStateHandle}} interface to distinguish the existed
{{KeyedStateHandle}}. This is a marker interface does not provide anything
further methods.
Based on {{LocalKeyedStateHandle}} we provided two implementations:
{{LocalKeyedKeyGroupsStateHandle}} and
{{LocalKeyedIncrementalKeyedStateHandle}}. They are specialized
{{KeyGroupsStateHandle}} and {{IncrementalKeyedStateHandle for states that are
local keyed.}}
