Thanks for opening a ticket.
We have this documentation page on how to run examples in general:
https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/dev/batch/examples.html#running-an-example
And each of the examples usually has a readme file, or some notes in the
javadocs.
Which specific improvements do you have in mind?
