Thanks for the clarification [~godfreyhe]. I don't think FLINK-11935 should be
a blocker as long as there's an active effort in converging the difference
between sql.Time and util.Time.
I have also created FLINK-11921 to bump calcite version to 1.20, but seems like
we can consolidate them together. Let me merge the tickets
