I've discussed this with [~StephanEwen] and we decided to go with:
> Deprecate non plugin FileSystems in 1.9 and already encourage users to switch
> to plugins so we can remove the shading in 1.10
We will of course monitor the situation if someone reports some issues with
some {{FileSystem}} plugins.
